磚窯宿舍有客廳、簡易烹飪區與曬衣場等公共空間，由四個房間的旅人共同使用，空間不大但能滿足所需，請愛惜使用，共同維護居住品質，除了彼此協調使用時間，也歡迎大家交交朋友，一起共食喔！
Shared spaces including living room, cooking area, laundry place and a simple self-service grocery. These places are shared by 4 rooms of guests at maximum. It’s not so big but enough to meet the needs, please keep the shared places clean and we encourage the guests to make friends, sharing life while staying here.
客廳
Living Room
小巧的客廳，有兩組飯桌椅和凳子，另外有在地資訊區及自由圖書櫃，可以在此泡茶、聊天、看書、用餐，歡迎大家在此交朋友。
In the living room, you may find a dinning table, a coffee table, the info zone and a small free libary.
簡易廚房
Cooking Space
此為簡易料理空間，並非正式廚房，僅提供簡單的煮食（比如煮泡麵、吐司夾蛋、煮麵、燙青菜、煮稀飯等），為避免屋內油煙、油漬堆積，影響居住品質，請勿在此進行炸、煎、炒等會產生大量油煙的料理烹調，相關器具請愛惜使用，感謝您。
This is not a formal kitchen, instead, it’s a simple cooking space that you can make yourself a cup of coffee, have some egg with toast, boil a bowl of noodle or a mitnight quick food. Please do not do any cooking that might make this space oily and keep the space clean after using.

萬安磚窯場 WanAn Brick Factory
萬安磚窯營運於民國43-78年間，為台東縣歷史建物，窯場旁的民居由主人莊火旺以大量紅磚建造而成,，原本作為兒媳的新房，並供親友居住，今由萬安社區承租，重新整理做為長住空間。
